Accounts and Ordering

Do I have to have an account to order?

No. You can order and pay as a guest. If you do register, your information will be safely and securely stored for future use. You will not receive any marketing e-mails, nor will your information ever be shared.

What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay using PayPal or credit card (via Stripe). You do not have to have a Stripe account. That is for my use only.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, but only for items shipped within Pennsylvania. All out of state sales are sale tax exempt.


Are your products sold locally?

Yes. My products are for sale at the Carlisle Country Market, 1446 Holly Pike in Carlisle. See the Contact page for hours and directions. I also set up at several shows throughout the year. My show schedule is on the Show Schedule page.

Do you have description or photographs of your products?

Yes. Please see the Products page for more details.

Who prints and frames your matted and canvas prints?

I do most of my own printing, matting, and framing. Printing is done with Epson and Canon printers and inks. Framed items are personally custom framed by me, allowing me to pass the savings onto you.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Because I do my own printing and framing, I can print any size up to 44”x132”. Please contact me with any questions including a price quote.

Do you have other photographs besides those on your web site?

Yes. I have thousands of pictures. Please contact me with any inquiries.

Do the items have “Crystal Hunt” printed on them?

No, this is only printed on my photographs that are published in the internet. Matted prints and canvases are personally signed by me.

Do you sell just photo prints or “rolled” canvases?

Items are not offered in these formats.

Pricing and Shipping

Do you offer discounts or volume pricing?

I only offer volume pricing for my greeting cards, 10 or more assorted cards for $2.99 each. The adjusted price will be displayed in your Cart. Contact me for corporate pricing if you would like to hang several of my prints in your business.

Do you charge actual shipping?

Yes. I offer US Postal Service and UPS shipping. You will have to provide shipping information for an exact quote. Sometimes there is a big difference between the two, but you will be shown both. I also offer free local pickup. We will arrange a time when you can pick up your items.

When will my order ship?

If I have your order in stock, it will ship the next business day. Otherwise, it will be 3 business days due to production time. I will contact you if I cannot meet these shipping times due to traveling on a photo shoot, setting up at a show, etc.

Do you have estimated shipping times?

In-transit times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. You can select from USPS First Class (under 13oz), USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Below is a UPS Ground map showing expected shipping days.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

I do not ship outside of the United States due to lack of accurate tracking and excessive delays in delivery.

Can I drop ship to someone else?

Yes, just provide a different shipping address on the Checkout page.

How can I get my order sooner?

Contact me if you need an order sooner. I will do my best to meet your needs or provide you with faster production or shipping options. Calling or texting to (717) 701-5709 is the fastest way to reach me.


Do you do portraits or weddings?

I am working toward doing portraits and weddings, with a handful already under my belt. I do not have rates quote available at this time.
